Coffee
How fresh is your coffee?
We roast and ship our coffee as fresh as possible. For best results, we recommend using coffee within 2-12 weeks of roasting.
Do you offer different grind sizes?
Yes. Grind size options are available on the product page. Please ensure you select the correct grind size before checkout, as grind size cannot be changed after purchase.
Does coffee taste vary between batches?
Yes. Coffee is a natural agricultural product, and flavour, aroma, and colour can vary depending on origin, season, and roast profile. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Does your coffee contain caffeine?
Yes. All coffee products contain caffeine and should be consumed responsibly. No. If you specifically order a decaf product.
Are your products allergen-free?
Our products may be processed in facilities that handle allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Posted orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. All delivery estimates are indicative only.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect from 9/82 Sugar Road, Maroochydore.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While delays are uncommon, they can occur due to weather or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will assist where possible.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or credit where required.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods supported by WooPayments, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
No. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong grind size, deciding you no longer want the product, and taste or flavour preferences.
Why can't coffee be returned?
Coffee and consumable products cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
What if my product is faulty?
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law and our policy. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Ive had the pleasure a drinking coffee supplied by Sunshine Coast coffee distributors for many years now and maybe the label has changed but one thing for sure the quality of the coffee hasn’t changed.
I say unreservedly that the quality control and high standards set by Sunny Coast Coffee hasn’t changed and that age old adage of “if it’s not broken don’t touch it”applies here in spades. So immensely happy with quality, supply and knowledge base behind this product. Refreshing to feel that old fashioned service and care have been preserved and the mainstay of this organisation.
